Trudi Haataja will be teaching chair yoga at Park Ave. where I live, (Ellen)   Starting sept. 10, she will teach a "trial run" chair yoga for FREE for anyone interested.  It will be 9:30 AM on Thurs.
You will use the "high-rise" entrance, go straight ahead to the community room on the left of the hall, where there will be chairs.

Trudi will do warm-up stretches, then yoga strength postures for the body, followed by flexibility and relaxation for the body.  Mostly, she will do this class while seated, but for those who want to stand for strengthening of the body, we will offer some standing options.  It will be 45 to 50 min. class.  with yoga, trudi  incorporates breathing more deeply for More energy, better release of muscle tightness, or body stress.  Trudi says she often gets this comment after yoga : it feels the same as after a massage. :)

If there is enough continued interest, Trudi will continue the class, and a fee will be charged...the more people, the cheaper the class.  4-6 people=$4 each,  7-9 people= $3, 10 or more, $2

Also, note that it's possible to adjust the time or day if it works better for the class.
