This carving (#36) is done by a man who goes around the world, with his carvings to memorialize the American indians as well as other world tribes. It's from Douglas Fir. Another one of his indians is at Sunday Lake in Wakefield. As of this time, the carver is in Russia doing another carving.
Wally sent this pic. of an oil well in Worland, Wyoming, where he had to drive a vanload of workers to fix a problem on the well. He is back in No. Dakota now.

Here is Betsy Kangas (Edney's) in Germany after her surgery on mon...this is thurs. she's looking pretty perky, and went to the cafeteria with Edney to eat.
